Golden Years: Lighten Up & Live it Up!
Everything began with an AHA moment during our MCO Lockdown. Karen who was spending time with her mother and mother-in-law realised that as we enter our Golden Age, we need to have a daily routine in our lives to keep happy and positive. Spending time doing what we love, keeping active with some exercise and so forth..
As Karen highlights lightfully: ‘We all retire from our careers but we don’t retire from living a full life.’ The simple secret to achieving this, is to have a daily program that’s worth looking forward to.
So every Friday, Karen united her my mother, mother-in-law and some friends’ parents to participate in mutual activities like painting, singing and dancing for fun!
The best part of this, were the glow of their smiles and joy in their eyes during this ‘Happy Hour’ together.
This idea to gather elderly for a common cause of enhancing their happiness though these enriching activities was then named Happiness Garden: a nourishing place for like minded friends to blossom their happiness together while doing what they love.
This later sparked the birth of Heritage Circle – Our mother brand that focuses exclusively on engaging the Golden Age, one smile at a time.
It didn’t stop there, we branched out into Laoren Dian, an Elder-friendly E-mall that caters specifically to elder wellbeing needs and Goldie Garden, our Golden Age DayCare centre filled with enriching activities for mind, body and spirit.
Our Mission
To provide curated experiences to support elderly wellbeing based on their primary physical needs (medical to lifestyle products) on our Laoren Dian Emall and emotional needs through our Goldie Garden DayCare and Happiness Garden MiniGroups where each one is well taken care of and stimulated mentally and physically through enriching activities.
Not to forget our CSR side that sustains elderly uplifting projects. Including, to be a helpful point of reference and support for those who care for them.
Our Vision
To make Heritage Circle, a 360° solution structure that caters to the physical, mental, emotional and social needs of the elderly by evolving the typical perspective of old age into a renewed joyful sense of worth, dignity and belonging. All these to re-ignite appreciation for the wisdom and grace that comes with one’s golden age journey.
