1. Payment Methods

Payment for all orders sold on the Domain Name can be made via Payment Gateway or credit card using Payment Gateway checkout. Customers do not need to have a Payment Gateway account to pay using credit card via Payment Gateway portal.

2. Refund

Refund is conditional. In the circumstance that final product(s) you received is defective/incorrect, within SEVEN (7) calendar day of receiving the product(s), you may request for replacement or refund by sending photo(s) with your reasons.
Defects refer to products when received and not used are already broken, spoilt, and not in useable condition.

3. Free Delivery

Free delivery varies from vendor to vendor and will be indicated in the respective brands’ page. Purchased item will be deliver within 7 to 14 working day.

4. Changing of Delivery Dates

5. Proof of Purchase
